Shipping Policy (Canada & United States)

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mississauga, ON. Standard processing time is 4–6 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, please allow 7–8 business days for processing. 

Transit Time

Ground Shipping (Canada): Delivery within 3–8 business days post-dispatch.

Ground Shipping (USA): Delivery within 7–15 business days post-dispatch.

*Transit times vary based on destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Please note delivery addresses cannot be changed once shipped.

Return and Exchange Policy (Canada & United States)

For returns, please contact our team at info@mydanini.com or 905-546-0202, available Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm EST. Please note we no longer process exchanges for online orders.

Return Eligibility

Regular-priced items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, after which items are final sale.

Note: Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are not eligible for return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition - un-altered, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Final Sale/Clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label. If the return label has expired, the product will be considered final sale
  • Returns must include the correct return label for that order
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.
  • If you return an item purchased with a promo or discount code, and the promo has since expired, the code cannot be reused on a new order
