Danini is committed to 100% customer service satisfaction during every purchase. We ensure all orders are thoroughly reviewed and shipped within 48 business hours of placement. Upon order confirmation, an email is sent to the buyer. A second email with shipment details and tracking information follows once the order is shipped. If any order cannot be processed or shipped, we will contact you immediately.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 12 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, it will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours.
- If there are any delays or issues with processing your order, our team will notify you promptly.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping (Within Canada): Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- Express Shipping (Within Canada): Delivery within 1-2 business days.
- Shipping to the US : Delivery within 7-15 business days.
Free Shipping:
- All shipping is free, regardless of order value or destination.

Exchange and Return Policy
At Danini Menswear, we aim to exceed your expectations with every purchase. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we have a clear and flexible policy for exchanges and returns.
Exchanges
We offer a one-time free exchange for all eligible items.
How to Request an Exchange:
The item must be in the condition it was sold to be eligible for an exchange.
- Contact our customer service team at info@mydanini.com or +1 905-564-0202 within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Specify the item you want to exchange and the new item you wish to receive.
- Return the original item in its unused, original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Once we receive the item, your replacement will be shipped within 2 business days. Subsequent exchanges remain free of charge as part of our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or credit note.
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Options:
- Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Credit Note: Receive store credit valid for 6 months, equal to the value of the returned item.
How to Return an Item:
Please note that we are based in Canada, so all shipments to and from the US are subject to customs brokerage charges. We encourage our clients to carefully check the sizing before placing their order and refer to the size charts available on our website.
If you need to make a return, please reach out and we will provide you with the return shipping address. For first time clients, returns are free but the return must be made using USPS only. Returns made through any other carrier will not be accepted.
We will cover the cost of one return but please note that any subsequent returns will incur a charge.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Provide photos and a description of the issue. We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
