SHIPPING, EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Return Process:

Please note we no longer process exchanges for online orders. Please email our returns team at orders@mydanini.com for return process instructions. This will help you return your current purchase for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures faster and smoother processing.

Return Eligibility:

  • Regular-priced items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items bought on sale or with a promo/discount code are not eligible for return.
  • Items are Final Sale after 30 days and not returnable.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • A $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Choose store credit instead of a refund and DANINI will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Altered, hemmed, washed, or worn items are not eligible.
  • Final Sale/Clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the return label.
  • Expired return labels = Final Sale status.
  • Returns must include the correct return label for that order.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on future purchases.
  • Promo/discount codes are not valid on sale/clearance items.

Additional Notes:

If you return an item purchased with a promo/discount code and the promo has expired, it cannot be reused on a new order.

DANINI Men's Wear Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery (Canada & United States)

All orders are shipped from our Mississauga warehouse. Standard processing time is 4–6 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, please allow 7–8 business days. Weekend/holiday orders are processed the next business day.

Transit Time

  • Ground Shipping: Delivery takes 3–8 business days post-dispatch.
  • Transit times vary based on destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please note: delivery addresses cannot be changed once shipped.

Taxes, Duties, and Charges

  • Canadian orders: taxes are collected during checkout.
  • US orders: prices in USD. Exchange rate may vary per card provider.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs, duties, and clearance fees in their country.
