Danini is committed to 100% customer service satisfaction during every purchase. We thoroughly go through each order and make sure it is shipped within 48 hours of the order placed. When Danini receives an order, a confirmation email is sent to the buyer. Once the order is ready to be shipped, it is followed by another email confirming the shipment process. In any situation, if the order cannot be shipped or processed we will contact you at the earliest. 

Prices and Extra Charges

All the prices mentioned in the website are in CAD currency with taxes excluded. All orders placed are free of all shipping charges. All personal payment information is handled with full confidentiality through a secure payment portal.

Privacy Policy 

At Danini, we respect our customers’ privacy and understand the importance of protecting your personal data. We request for your personal information at various stages of an order such as your name, email address, phone number, billing address and shipping address. 

Your card details will not be shared with any other company or organization. It will only be used to process the payment in our system. We will need a phone number to help our shipping company contact you if needed. 

On registering your email on our website, you will receive exclusive offers with every website update.

Our Return Policy 

At Danini Menswear, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Here’s what you need to know about our return policy:

  1. Return Shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs for size-related issues. To help avoid these costs, please contact our team at info@myDanini.com for sizing assistance or any related concerns before making a purchase.

  2. Refunds: We will issue refunds once we have received and inspected the returned items.

  3. Return Window: Please make your returns or exchanges within 7 working days. Unfortunately, items returned beyond this timeframe cannot be accepted.

  4. Return Policy: We do not offer free returns or exchanges. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and must include all original tags, labels, and packaging. The original invoice must also accompany your return.

  5. Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within three weeks and will be reflected in your account thereafter.

  6. Final Sale Items: Please note that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.
