Danini is committed to 100% customer service satisfaction during every purchase. We thoroughly go through each order and make sure it is shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. When our team receives an order, a confirmation email is sent to the buyer. Once the order is ready to be shipped, it is followed by another email confirming the shipment process. In any situation, if the order cannot be shipped or processed we will contact you at the earliest.

Exchange and Return Policy

At DANINI Menswear, we are dedicated to ensuring that every purchase positively surpasses your expectations, however, we understand that occasionally things may not be ideal. As a result, we have constructed a system of flexible, practical, and easy solutions. Here’s how our exchange and return policy works:

We are pleased to offer a one-time free exchange on any item purchased from us. Should you wish to exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@mydanini.com / +1 905-564-0202 within 30 days of receiving your order.

Receive Your New Item: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll promptly process your exchange and send out the item you wish to exchange for.

For any subsequent exchanges, a shipping fee will apply. Our process is consistently and diligently improving to maximize initial satisfaction, and we thank you for your understanding as we continue to refine it.

  1. Returns

We offer two flexible options for returns:

Exchange: As described above, we will gladly process an exchange for your item. Simply follow the same process and enjoy a new product that better suits your needs.

Credit Note: If an exchange is not suitable, we can provide you with a credit note valid for 6 months. This allows you the flexibility to shop for other items, at your convenience. Please note this credit note will inherit the value of the returned product.

Items purchased from our sale collection are not eligible for exchange or return. They will be distinctly marked or indicated as Sale items upon purchase.
